The Birth of a Philosophy: From Personal Journey to Universal Framework
LIVE Pathfinders was not founded in a boardroom. It was forged in the quiet crucible of human experience.
Our Founder, Ola Akinwe, spent over two decades observing the root patterns of human suffering and societal division—in workplaces, communities, and the quiet struggles of the human heart. He saw that the same toxic cycles repeated everywhere, and that well-meaning solutions often only addressed the symptoms, not the source.
From this deep observation and a quest for a unifying truth, the L.I.V.E. philosophy was born. It began not as a business plan, but as a personal blueprint for living. It was a framework so simple, yet so deep, that it could be applied to healing a broken heart, bridging a political divide, or transforming a toxic corporate culture.
It became clear that this was not a personal tool, but a universal gift. And so, LIVE Pathfinders Limited was launched to share this blueprint with the world.

Meet Our Founder: Ola Akinwe
Ola Akinwe is the visionary and Chief Purpose Officer of LIVE Pathfinders. He is the author of the foundational texts of the L.I.V.E. philosophy and the host of “The L.I.V.E. Experience” podcast.
As a modern philosopher-practitioner, Ola’s authority does not come from a traditional academic pedigree, but from the earned wisdom of lived experience and the powerful, practical results of his framework, which has been used to heal community divisions, guide individuals through profound loss, and reshape organizational cultures. He is a living testament to the philosophy he teaches—that Value is an inherent birthright and Education is a lifelong vow.
